Running for office is expensive, and even if you don't have a lot of money, you
can show support for political candidates by giving even small amounts of money
to help cover campaign expenses.
Beyond making your own donation, ask others to do the same. Can you get 5
friends to donate to the campaign?

ADVERTISE YOUR SUPPORT
• Follow them on social media
• Share campaign posts and events provide positive reasons to support your
candidate – instead of being negative about your candidate’s opponent.
• Create your own social media posts
• Place a yard sign on your property
• Put a Bumper Sticker on your vehicle
• Wear a t-shirt or hat

ATTEND EVENTS
• Attend campaign events/invite and bring friends and family
• Ask to hand out materials at events or help set up
• Connect your candidate to important people in your community
• Host a fundraising event

VOTE
It may seem obvious, but as much as good as your campaigning efforts may do,
the most important way you can show support for political candidates is to vote
for them in the election.
